DESCRIPTION:
Football's World governing Body - FIFA in partnership with its Sponsors promoting the development of football in Asia has shortlisted you to bid for the Contract to build the FIFA General Hospital in Indonesia,India and Bangladesh. These Projects are expected to be completed on a 191,158 Sq.ft. area in each of the Project locations (Jakarta, New Delhi & Dhaka) and the following are the highlights of the Project:
1. 98 Medical/Surgical Beds (All private)
2. 14 Position Emergency Department
3. 24 ICU/CCU Beds (All private)
4. 13 Operating Rooms
5. A 18-Bed Recovery Room
6. A 22-Position Prep/hold (All private)
7. 4 Endoscopy/procedure Rooms
8. Central sterile supply
9. Dedicated elevator to the surgery suites
10. Imaging Room
11. 28-bed Obstetrics Department with 20 Postpartum rooms, 8 Labor/delivery rooms, 6 Position NICU and Shelled area for future rooms.
12. Main entrance, Lobby, Reception, Registration, Gift shop, Storage support, Car park and Mechanical and Security spaces.

As soon as FIFA Contracts Committee accepts your Expression of interest(s), you will be required to pay a Bid fee of €1,500 (convert to your local currency) to receive the Bidding Form to submit your bid. This Bid fee is payable to the Local Organizing Partner of FIFA Projects in the Project location(s) you wish to apply for.
The deadline for the submission of Expression of Interest(s) is Friday 24th April, 2015.
